PINEAPPLE ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE

¼ pineapple
1 kiwi, peeled
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
A handful of kale
½ lemon juice
1 glass of almond milk


Pineapple is great for the immune system due to its high antioxidant content and bromelain, which helps with any inflammation in the body, digestion, and sinus problems.
Kiwi is also full of antioxidants, fiber and vitamins K and E.
Ginger is known for its antioxidant and powerful anti-inflammatory effects, as well as relieving muscle pain and nausea.
Kale is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins C and K, and fiber.

MANGO TURMERIC TWIST SMOOTHIE

1 cup  frozen mango pieces


Mango is full of vitamins C, A and E, which help keep our immune system strong and healthy. It is also rich in antioxidants and full of fiber.
Oranges are also full of antioxidants thanks to vitamin C, as well as having anti-inflammatory properties, fibre, folate, potassium and calcium.

Turmeric is not only rich in antioxidants, it also has anti-inflammatory properties and may help prevent plaque buildup in the arteries and relieve pain from arthritis. Turmeric also helps strengthen the immune system by increasing the body's capacity to regulate the immune system. Remember that some turmeric as an ingredient will go a long way. Bananas offer a natural energy boost. In addition to containing potassium and iron, it is also useful in regulating blood sugar.

Similarly, oranges are full of vitamin C (which we all know is protective in strengthening our immune system and preventing disease). Orange also protects heart health as it controls sugar and cholesterol levels and may help reduce the risk of respiratory diseases.

The cinnamon in this recipe stimulates the immune system, helps prevent blood platelets from clumping, blocks inflammatory substances, and regulates blood sugar.

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

4 cups of greens (spinach and kale)
½ fresh pineapple
1 orange, peeled
1 kiwi, peeled
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½-1 glass of water (if necessary)
