Instructions


Beat the egg with milk and cinnamon. Heat the oil in a 20cm non-stick pan and pour in the egg mixture, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Bake for a few minutes until set and golden. You don't need to turn it upside down.
Place on a plate, spread over cheese and then sprinkle with berries. Roll and serve.
